| Through Feb. 8, 2012, forty (40) people have been killed in the Post 9 District. Twenty (20) victims were not wearing a seat belts, nine (9) victims were wearing a seat belt, eight (8) victims seat belt was unknown, two (2) victim were not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and one (1) victim was wearing a helmet (motorcycle). A total of ten (10) fatalities was the from a crash involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
