| Through December 31, 2009, thirty-four (34) people have been killed in the Post 9 District. Fourteen (14) victims were not wearing seat belts, thirteen (13) victims were wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim seat belt was unknown, one (1) victims was wearing a helmet (motorcycle), two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), and three (3) victims was not wearing a helmet (ATV) . Seven (7) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
