| Through November 2, 2009, forty (40) people have been killed in the Post 7 District. Fourteen (14) victims were not wearing seat belts, sixteen (16) victims were wearing a seat belt, three (3) victim seat belt was unknown, two (2) victims was wearing a helmet and two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet and three (3) victims were pedestrians . Thirteen (13) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
