| Through December 31, 2009, twenty-seven (28) people have been killed in the Post 5 District. Thirteen (13) victims were not wearing seat belts, six (6) victim were wearing a seat belt, two (2) victim seat belt were unknown, one (1) victims was wearing a helmet, four (4) victims was not wearing a helmet (Motorcycle), one (1) victims was not wearing a helmet (ATV) and one (1) victims were pedestrians. Six (6) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
