| Through November 2, 2009, ninety-five (95) people have been killed in the Post 4 District. Forty-two (42) victims were not wearing seat belts, twenty-five (25) victim were wearing a seat belt, seven (7) victim seat belt is unknown, five (5) victims was wearing a helmet, one (1) victims was not wearing a helmet, one (1) victims helmet is unknown, one (1) victims helmet is unknown (ATV), ten (10) victims were pedestrians and three (3) victims were bicyclist. Thirty (30) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
