| Through Feb. 8, 2012, ninety (98) people have been killed in the Post 4 District. Thirty-Four (34) victims were not wearing a seat belts, thirty-one (31) victims were wearing a seat belt, six (6) victims seat belt was unknown four (4) victims were wearing a helmet (motorcycle), two (2) victims were not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), one (1) victim helmet was unknown (motorcycle), two (2) victims were not wearing a helmet (moped) and eighteen (18) victims were a pedestrians. A total of twenty (20) fatalities have resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
