| Through Feb. 7, 2012, preliminary statistics* indicate that 64 people have lost their lives on Kentucky roadways during 2012. This is six (6) more fatalities than reported for the same period in 2011. In the Post One there has been one (1) motor vehicle fatality and one (1) victim was not wearing seat belts. One crash involved a motorcycle and that victim was wearing a helmet. One death have resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
