| Through Feb. 8, 2012, fifty-four (54) people have been killed in the Post 1 District. Twenty-four (24) victims were not wearing a seat belt, eightteen (18) victims were wearing a seat belt, three (3) victims seat belt were unknown , two (2) victims were wearing a helmet (motorcycle), three (3) victims were not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), two (2) victims were not wearing a helmet (ATV) and two (2) were a pedestrian. A total of nine (9) fatalities was resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
