| Through November 2, 2009, twenty-eight (28) people have been killed in the Post 16 District. Sixteen (16) victims were not wearing seat belts, six (6) victim were wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim seat belt is unknown, two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), two (2) victims was wearing a helmet and one (1) victim was a pedestrian. Ten (10) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
