| Through December 31, 2009, forty-eight (48) people have been killed in the Post 15 District. Eighteen (18) victims were not wearing seat belts, twenty-one (21) victim were wearing a seat belt, three (3) victim seat belt is unknown one (1) victims was not wearing a helmet (ATV), one (1) victims was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and one (1) victims was wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and three (3) victims was a pedestrian. Seven (7) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
