| Through Feb. 7, 2012, preliminary statistics* indicate that 64 people have lost their lives on Kentucky roadways during 2012. This is six more fatalities than reported for the same period in 2011. In the Post Fourteen there has been four (4) motor vehicle fatalities and two (2) victims were not wearing a seat belt and two (2) victims were wearing a seat belt. One (1) victim was ATV with no helmet. One crashes involved a pedestrian. One deaths has resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
