| Through Feb. 8, 2012, twenty-one (21) people have been killed in the Post 14 District. Ten (10) victims were not wearing a seat belts, four (4) victims were wearing a seat belt, three (3) victims were not wearing a helmet (ATV), two (2) victims were not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), one (1) victim helmet was unknown (motorcycle) and one (1) victim was a pedestrian. A total of four (4) fatalities have resulted from crashes involving the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
