| Through December 31, 2009, eighteen (18) people have been killed in the Post 14 District. Ten (10) victims were not wearing seat belts, five (5) victims were wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim seat belt is unknown, two (2) victim was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) .
