| Through December 31, 2009, twenty-seven (27) people have been killed in the Post 13 District. Twelve (12) victims were not wearing seat belts, five (5) victims were wearing a seat belt, two (2) victims seat belt is unknown, two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet (ATV), three (3) victims was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) one (1) victim was a bicyclist and two (2) victim were a pedestrians. Four (4) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
