| Through November 2, 2009, forty-three (43) people have been killed in the Post 12 District. Twenty-one (21) victims were not wearing seat belts, fourteen (14) victim were wearing a seat belt, four (4) seat belt was unknown, two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet, one (1) victim was wearing a helmet and one (1) victim was a pedestrian. Eight (8) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
