| Through December 31, 2009, fifty-seven (57) people have been killed in the Post 12 District. Twenty-eight (28) victims were not wearing seat belts, twenty (20) victims were wearing a seat belt, five (5) seat belt was unknown, two (2) victims was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and two (2) victims was a pedestrian. Eight (8) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
