| Through November 2, 2009, twenty-nine (29) people have been killed in the Post 10 District. Nineteen (19) victims were not wearing seat belts, four (4) victim were wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), one (1) victim was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and three (3) victim was not wearing a helmet (ATV) and one (1) victim was a pedestrian. Two (2) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
