| Through December 31, 2009, thirty-two (32) people have been killed in the Post 10 District. Twenty-one (21) victims were not wearing seat belts, five (5) victims were wearing a seat belt, one (1) victim was not wearing a helmet (motorcycle), one (1) victim was wearing a helmet (motorcycle) and three (3) victims was not wearing a helmet (ATV) and one (1) victim was a pedestrian. Two (2) fatality crashes have involved the suspected use of alcohol. | |||
