Possession of Methamphetamine

Owensboro, KY (February 19th, 2018) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Janice Sumler, 43, for traffic violations. Through investigation, Sumler was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and open beer cans. Sumler was arrested and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on the following charges. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of open alcohol containers in a motor vehicle, and numerous traffic offenses.
