Service of Indictment Warrants

Hartford, KY (February 18, 2018) – KSP While conducting an approved Traffic Safety checkpoint at KY 69 near Oakwood drive, Troopers made contact with Johnny D. Gaddis (55 yr old) of Owensboro. Upon a check of his Operator’s License status Gaddis was confirmed to have multiple warrants out of Daviess County. Gaddis had two indictment warrants to include charges of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and Escape 2nd degree. Gaddis also had four other arrest warrants with charges of failure to appear and failure to pay fines and cost. Gaddis was arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
