Trafficking in Methamphetamine

Owensboro, KY (February 18th, 2018) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for moving violations. Through investigation, Lisa Howard-Edge (57) of Owensboro, was found to be under the influence of drugs. Information obtained during the stop led Troopers and Daviess County Deputies to Howard-Edge’s residence where she was found to be trafficking in methamphetamine and in possession of marijuana and in possession of a firearm. Howard-Edge was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on the following charges: Careless driving, DUI 1st offense, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
