Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)

Daviess County, KY (February 3rd, 2018) – The Kentucky State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on KY 144 in Daviess County. Upon further investigation the driver, Lisa Mulligan, 52 of Owensboro, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine), DUI 2nd Offense, Operating on Suspended License, Possession of Marijuana, Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container, and Careless Driving. Mulligan was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
