Criminal Investigation and Arrest

HENDERSON, KY. (February 1, 2018) – On January 23, 2018, the Kentucky State Police began investigating a report that Grant Merrick of Henderson, Kentucky had violated a Domestic Violence Order. As a result of this investigation on February 1, 2018, Grant Merrick was arrested and charged with Rape 1st Degree (Domestic Violence), Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) and Violation of Kentucky Domestic Violence Order. Grant Merrick was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
