KSP Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

Livermore, KY (January 27, 2018)– Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on US 431 in Livermore. Kentucky State Police and Mclean County Sheriff Department came in contact with Travis Petta, 30 of Hartford, KY. Through further investigation Mr. Petta was arrested and charged with Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alc/drug/etc. Mr. Petta was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Mr. Petta was also charged with reckless driving, operating with no license, possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and failure to issue insurance card. Mr. Petta was also lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.
