Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, (AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCES) 4th Offense

Daviess County, KY. (January 27th, 2018) – The Kentucky State Police responded to a collision on Millers Mill Road where a vehicle struck a fire hydrant. Upon further investigation, Elias Pille-Huila, 42 of Owensboro, was arrested and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, (aggravated circumstances) 4th offense, Open Alcohol Container in Motor Vehicle, and No Operators License. Pille-Huila was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center. KSP was assisted on the scene by McCarty’s Towing and the Fire Department.
