UPDATE: KSP Arrest a Webster County Middle School Teacher for Child Pornography

UPDATE: Providence, KY(October 7, 2017) Through the ongoing investigation, it was discovered that Lucia C. Jenkins was conspiring and facilitating in the trafficking of controlled substances to include but not limited to methamphetamine.
Jenkins was arrested and lodged in the Webster County Detention Center on the following charges:
- Eleven counts of Complicity to Traffic in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense over 2 grams of Methamphetamine.
The investigation is ongoing by Master Trooper William C. Braden II and the Webster County Coroner’s Office. Master Trooper Braden was assisted on the above arrest by Trooper John Eilert.
Providence, KY(October 3, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police are currently investigating a Webster County Middle School teacher after child pornography was found on her cell phone.
Master Trooper William C. Braden II was called to assist the Webster County Coroner’s Office with a death investigation that occurred on September 13, 2017. During the course of the ongoing investigation, a search warrant on a cellular device belonging to Lucia C. Jenkins revealed several photographs that depicted a minor in a sexual performance.
On Monday, October 2, 2017, at approximately 9:25 P.M. Kentucky State Police arrested Lucia C. Jenkins, 48 of Providence, KY.
Lucia C. Jenkins was lodged in the Webster County Detention Center on the following charged:
4) counts of Posses or View Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance of a Minor.
The investigation is ongoing by Master Trooper William C. Braden II and the Webster County Coroner’s Office. Master Trooper Braden was assisted on scene by Trooper Jacob Stevenson.
