KSP Arrest Cleaton Man For Burglary

Cleaton, KY (Muhlenberg County) – The Kentucky State Police has charged a Cleaton man with burglary after receiving calls that he was trying to break into multiple homes.
On Tuesday April 18, 2017 at approximately 5:51 p.m., Troopers from Kentucky State Police responded to Kameron Street in Cleaton after receiving calls about a man trying to break into two separate houses. Trooper Justin Cornett arrived in the area and located Jonathan Gregory, 40, inside one of the residences that called for help.
Trooper Cornett subsequently placed Mr. Gregory under arrest and lodged him in the Muhlenberg County Jail on the following charges:
- Burglary 2nd Degree
- Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st or 2nd Offense
- Resisting Arrest
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
- Assault 3rd Degree- Police Officer.
