Kentucky State Police Arrest Benton Man for Drug Possession

MURRAY, Ky. (May 5, 2017) – Kentucky State Police stopped a vehicle on Highway 94 West in Calloway County on May 5, 2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. for a traffic violation. During the stop, the Trooper located methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, hydrocodone, and oxycodone.
Lee M. Farmer Jr., age 47, of Benton, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with the traffic violation as well as First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Opiate), Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Farmer was lodged in the Calloway County Jail. .
