Possession of Methamphetamine

Owensboro, Ky (Dec 29, 2017)--(December 29th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on the William Natcher Parkway for traffic violations. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Harley Williamson 18, of Louisville, Tehryon Coker 18, of Owensboro, and Destiny Ralph 18, of Owensboro. A large sum of marijuana, cash, and a loaded handgun were located in the vehicle.

Ralph was arrested and charged with Driving under the influence, enhanced trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and failure to notify address change to department of transportation.

Coker was arrested and charged with enhanced trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Williamson was arrested and charged with enhanced trafficking in marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
