Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1 Offense (Methamphetamine)

Fordsville, KY (December 8th, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police assisted the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office on a domestic violence complaint on Harriet Lane. Upon arrival a vehicle was seen leaving the scene. Upon further investigation the driver, Craig Avery, 27 of Reynolds Station, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), and License to Be in Possession. The passenger was arrested by DCSO on charges related to the complaint. Avery was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
