Possession of Methamphetamine

Hartford, KY(November 28, 2017) – While conducting a traffic safety checkpoint, Troopers with the Kentucky State Police came into contact with Justin Basham. Through investigation, Basham was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and diazepam. He was placed under arrest and charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, third degree possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia buy/possess and additional traffic offenses. Basham was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.
