Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (> 2 grams Methamphetamine)

Beaver Dam, KY. (Nov 19th, 2017) – At approximately 7:46 pm Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling east on the Western Kentucky Parkway. The driver of the vehicle, Scott W. Leach Jr., 38, of Hartford, Kentucky was charged with the following offenses: Speeding 26 mph over, Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense-Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (> 2 grams Methamphetamine), and DUI 1st Offense (Aggravating Circumstances). Mr. Leach was arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Jail.
