Trafficking In A Controlled Substance

Fordsville, KY. (November 19th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police executed a traffic stop on Nate P. Midkiff, 36, of Hartford, and Louis L. Canary, 56, of Fordsville. Through investigation KSP discovered Midkiff and Canary to be in possession of and trafficking in methamphetamine. Midkiff and Canary were arrested, transported to the Ohio County Detention Center, and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree / 2nd Offense – Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree / 3rd Offense – Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense – (AGG. Circumstance), Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Tampering with Physical Evidence, No Registration Plates, and No Registration Receipt.
