Trafficking In A Controlled Substance

Fordsville, KY. (November 11th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police executed a traffic stop in Fordsville, KY. Upon contact with the operator, KSP discovered him to be Justin D. Whalin, 26, of Fordsville. Through investigation, Troopers discovered Whalin to be in possession of and trafficking in methamphetamine and marijuana. Whalin was arrested and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center where he was lodged and charged with Trafficking In A Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense - Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Marijuana - Less Than 8 oz., Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, and other related charges.
