Possession of A Controlled Substance

Fordsville, KY. (June 9, 2017) – Kentucky State Police and the Ohio County Sherriff’s Office conducted a pre-approved Traffic Safety Checkpoint in Fordsville. During the checkpoint, KSP and OCSO came into contact with Michael Keith Felty JR., of Hawesville. Felty had an active warrant for his arrest. Through investigation, KSP discovered that Felty was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and legend drugs. Felty was also charged with trafficking in legend Drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Felty was arrested and transported to the Ohio County Detention Center.
