KSP Investigating Single Vehicle Accident with Injury

Beaver Dam, KY. (May 21, 2017) – Kentucky State Police investigated a single vehicle collision on US 231 in Beaver Dam. Treyez Saulsberry, 20 of Beaver Dam, KY was operating a 1999 Toyota Solara northbound on US 231. Saulsberry failed to negotiate a curve and exited the roadway, and the vehicle overturned. Saulsberry and his passenger Tyler Sharp, 20, of Beaver Dam, KY were both transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Through investigation it was determined Saulsberry was under the influence at the time of the collision. Saulsberry was charged with DUI 1st offense and Possession of open alcohol container.
