Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1 Offense (Cocaine)

Daviess County, KY. (May 18th, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on 4th Street in Owensboro. Upon further investigation the operator of the vehicle, Dennis Stephens of Owensboro, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Cocaine),Trafficking in Marijuana 1st Offense, Expired Registration Plate, Expired Registration Receipt, Failure to Produce an Insurance Card, and Failure to Wear Seat Belts. Stephens was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
