Accident with Injuries

Whitesville, KY. (May 16th, 2017) - On May 16th, 2017 at approximately 1731 Kentucky State Police Post 16 Henderson was called to investigate a two vehicle accident with injuries on State Route 764. Vanessa Munoz, 17, of Whitesville, failed to negotiate a turn in the road, crossed the center line and struck a trailer being pulled by a pickup truck driven by Jeffery Helm, 32, of Hartford, KY. The driver of the car was treated on scene and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for further evaluation.
