Burglary 2nd Degree

Dundee, KY. (May 5, 2017) – Troopers with the Kentucky State Police responded to Moore Lane of Dundee in reference to a reported burglary in progress. The caller advised a male subject had made unlawful entry into her home while she was inside the residence. The male subject, Justin Whalin; 25 of Owensboro, began cursing and yelling at the female victim, at which point she fled the residence. When troopers arrived at the scene Whalin was still inside the residence. He was apprehended without incident, however, he then became aggressive towards troopers making threats to kill them. Whalin was placed under arrest and charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and 3rd Degree Terroristic Threatening
