Owensboro Woman Arrested For Forgery and Theft

HARTFORD, KY. (May 2, 2017)—On Saturday, April 29, Kentucky State Police Post 16-Henderson received a complaint from Five-Star Realty in Hartford regarding theft. A representative with the realty company was concerned because they believe company checks have been recently stolen from their business
The investigation reveals that Felicia Roach, (29) of Owensboro, unlawfully stole two check books and wrote approximately 24 separate checks valued around $5,000. Roach was an employee at the Five-Star Realty.
Trooper Adam Wright arrested Roach without incident and charged her with the following:
- Two (2) counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $500/Less than $10,000
- Twenty-four (24) counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument (checks).
All above charges are felonies and she has been lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford.
