Tampering With Physical Evidence

REED, KY. (April 09, 2017) A Trooper conducted a traffic stop in the Reed community of Henderson County. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the operator of the vehicle, Herbie Buckner, was attempting to destroy marijuana by eating it. Buckner was subsequently arrested and taken to the Henderson County Detention Center and charged with Tampering with physical evidence and other traffic offenses.
