Felony Arrest

Henderson, KY (March 28, 2017) -While conducting a pre-approved traffic safety checkpoint at US 41 S and KY 136, Trooper Myles Scott came into contact with Joe Tinsley of Sebree, KY. Mr. Tinsley refused to step out of his vehicle when it was determined that he did not have a driver’s license. Tinsley exited the vehicle, and was placed under arrest for Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs 1st offense, Possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine), Drug paraphernalia buy/possess and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license. Mr. Tinsley was arrested without incident and transported to the Henderson County Detention Center.
