Single Vehicle Accident With Injury

Sacramento, KY. (March 18, 2017) – Kentucky State Police responded to a single vehicle accident 2 miles North of Sacramento, KY. Brittany Burden, 23, of Island was traveling north bound on KY81. Ms. Burden lost control of her vehicle striking a guardrail. Burden was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. Burden was transported by PHI Air Medical to Vanderbilt Hospital and is listed in critical condition. Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Sacramento Fire Department and the McLean County EMS. The accident is still under investigation by Trooper Adam Wright.
