Possession of Methamphetamine

OWENSBORO, KY (March 4, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on KY 144 for traffic violations. The operator of the vehicle, Ms. Loretta Whitaker; 43 of Lewisport, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Through further investigation, Ms. Whitaker was charged with Failure to Signal, Possession of Methamphetamine, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Driving under the influence of Methamphetamine. Ms. Whitaker was lodged in the Daviess County detention Center.
