Driver Arrested After Trooper Discovers Methamphetamine

OWENSBORO, KY (February 27th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on US 231 South on a vehicle for traffic violations. Upon investigation, the operator of the vehicle, Mr. Tyler Decker; 23 of Utica, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Decker was charged with Careless Driving, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving under the Influence and no Operators License. Mr. Decker was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
