Possession of Methamphetamine

Owensboro, KY (February 11th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a welfare check on an occupied vehicle in the old Rural King parking lot. Upon investigation, the occupant of the vehicle, Mr. Mark Embry; 35 of Owensboro, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Embry was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Embry was lodged in the Daviess County detention Center.
