Trafficking in Methamphetamine

Owensboro, KY (January 27th, 2017) – Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on KY 144 near Daniels Lane on a bicycle for traffic violations. The operator of the bicycle, Mr. Daniel Deno, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Through further investigation, Mr. Deno was charged with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense Methamphetamine (>2 grams), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Deno was lodged in the Daviess County detention Center.
