KSP Promotes Petersburg, Ky. Resident

(Dry Ridge, KY) – Kentucky State Police Capt. Richard P. Saint-Blancard (center), a Petersburg, Ky. resident, received his promotion certificate from Jonathan Grate, deputy secretary, Justice and Public Safety Cabinet (left) and KSP Commissioner Rodney Brewer (right) on Feb. 12 at a ceremony in Frankfort. A 10-and a half-year veteran of the agency, Saint-Blancard is assigned to the KSP Central Forensic Laboratory in Frankfort as commander. He is a 1984 graduate of Western Illinois University and a 2002 graduate of Alliant International University. He is the son of Nora Saint-Blancard of Burlington, Ky.
