(Dry Ridge, KY) - The Kentucky State Police apprehended two escapees from Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington, Ky today at approximately 1:25 p.m.. KSP received a call from a railroad employee in the Corinth area stating that he had possibly seen the two escapees on the railroad tracks. Troopers from the Dry Ridge and Frankfort Posts were dispatched to the area. Sheriff's units from Grant, Scott, Harrison and Owen Counties also responded to the area to assist in the search. A KSP helicopter was also on scene. A KSP K-9 located the two suspects near the tracks in the area of the 2900 block of Corinth-Hinton Road, just inside Harrison County . Both subjects were taken into custody at that time. Jordan Green and Waltez Franklin were transported to the Fayette County Detention Center.
