Two Seriously Injured in a Single Vehicle Collision

(Bethlehem, KY) - The Kentucky State Police investigated an injury accident on KY 22 in the community of Bethlehem in Henry County.

On May 25th, 2016 at 8:58 P.M. Kentucky State Police received a call of an injury accident on KY 22 near KY 573. Michael Trask, 27 of Alabama, was traveling westbound when he left the roadway and struck a tree. Heathe Trask, 26 of Alabama, was a passenger in the vehicle and sustained serious injuries.

The driver and passenger were both taken by helicopter to the University of Louisville Hospital. Michael Trask was listed in stable condition and Heathe Trask was listed in critical condition.

Kentucky State Police is continuing the investigation and were assisted on scene by Henry County EMS, Pleasureville Fire Department, Henry County Sheriff's Office, Air Methods, Henry County Animal Control, and Kentucky River Fire Department.
